I agree with the "No Pass Zone". One thing I can't stand is a guy passing the puck from behind his own net through the middle. Even if no one from the opposing team is there, 99.9% of the time it's a very bad idea. You always go UP THE BOARDS.
Also this video had the wing's zone a bit high. Typically the wing should cover from the top of the hash marks up to the blue line. Not from the top of the circles as depicted.
